A Simple Procedure

These simple procedures ensure your loan closes smoothly every time:

1. A Real Estate Purchase Contract is executed. We do not require any additional forms or signatures from buyer or seller, so you can make last minute changes to the grant amount without scrambling to get documents signed.

2. The loan officer submits a one-page Grant Application. This is all the
paper work you need!!! Grant Applications are submitted at www.sgadpa.
com or by facsimile to 877-313-3486. Give us a call! We would love to walk
you through the application process and answer any questions you have.

3. If you submit your Grant Application at www.sgadpa.com, you may
print a copy of the Grant Letter immediately. If the Grant Application is
submitted via facsimile, you will receive a faxed copy of the Grant Letter.

4. We will contact the escrow company indicated on the Grant Application
4-5 days prior to closing and provide them with simple, one-page closing
instructions. You can rest easy because we coordinate all of the closing
details with the closing agent to ensure that funds are there for closing.
